The Ayrshire Hospice will host a celebrity panel to celebrate Ladies Day as its inaugural celebration of International Women’s Day.

The celebrities include actress and ‘Still Game’ star Jane McCarry, TV presenter, radio DJ and former 'Loose Women' host Jackie Brambles, TV presenter and broadcaster Carol Smillie, and television and radio presenter Jennifer Reoch.

The event will be held on March 8.

Tracy Flynn, chief executive officer of Ayrshire Hospice, said: "We are thrilled to announce the Ayrshire Hospice's Ladies Day event as our inaugural celebration of International Women's Day and our first flagship fundraising event of what will be a momentous year for the Hospice.

"As we gather for an afternoon of refreshments, shopping, and fantastic entertainment, we aim to foster connections, inspire conversations, and celebrate the strength and resilience of women from all walks of life who make a positive impact every day.

The Ladies Day event, which will be held at the Marine Hotel, Troon, is sponsored by Menopause Health-Matters and the Jewel Room.

Ticket price options start at £30 per person, and includes canapes and prosecco on arrival plus entry into the shopping.

An upgraded option of £50 per person is also available for the Afternoon Tea.
