Major disruption is expected in Stewarton over the next two weeks as Scottish Water works get under way in the town.

Temporary traffic lights are in place on High Street from the junction of Springwell Place to the junction of Dunlop Street.

Dunlop Street is also closed at its junction with High Street for the next two weeks, or until works are complete.

The temporary traffic lights are expected on Main Street for around 25 days from February 26, or until works are complete.

These works are to allow Scottish Water to carry out surveys and dig holes in the area.
