Kilmarnock have signed former Motherwell striker Kevin Van Veen on loan until the end of the season.
The Rugby Park side fended off competition from the Steelmen and St Mirren for the Dutch striker, who spent the first half of the year at Groningen.
Van Veen scored 29 goals for Motherwell last season, and arrives at Rugby Park with Killie set to pay the majority of his wages.
The 32-year-old scored five goals earlier this season but lost his place in the team after a disagreement with the manager and was keen to return to Scotland to be with his family.
The move caps a successful January transfer window for Derek McInnes' side, who secured the services of Greg Stewart and James Balagizi.
Killie take on Motherwell on Saturday, with the Ayrshire side currently fourth in the Scottish Premiership.
